Do I need to bring in my whole desktop computer setup with me (monitor, keyboard, mouse etc) when I get it repaired?

No. If you are having your desktop repaired, you just need to bring in your desktop tower only. I will hook it up to my work station with my monitor, keyboard and mouse etc. If you are bringing your laptop in for repair, please make sure to bring your power adapter and any disk of software you want installed. If you need a possible reformat.

Why are you so much cheaper than other computer repair companies such as Office Depot, Best Buy etc?

Since I am a home based business I do not have overhead and a bunch of employees I have to pay.

My hard drive crashed and I cannot or did not find or make any recovery disk, can I get my computer running again without a Windows or Mac Operating systems disk?

If on the computer that is getting repaired has a valid COA (certification of authenticity) Key sticker with a visible license, you can get it repaired. I will just use a OEM factory disk of the version you need and enter your COA(certification of authenticity) License Key. If you do not have a COA key, you will need to obtain a legal copy of Windows or MAC operating systems disk and bring it in with your for repair. I can also order this for you as well during repair. Do I get some type of warranty on the work you perform?

I take pride in the work I do for customers. I guarantee all work done. I offer a 30 day warranty on all computer work completed.
